Position Summary
This position will have the primary responsibility of coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities, travel, calendars, and projects supporting the Service Line Administrator and other leaders as assigned. This position will involve interactions at all levels of the organization and the public. This position will be responsible for developing and coordinating materials needed for meetings and following up on multiple requests. This position will draft and compose letters and/or reports, take meeting minutes, arrange meetings, make reservations, travel, order supplies, food, and other duties as requested. This position will assist with all regulation and accreditation activities as necessary for the Stroke, Neurodiagnostics, Trauma and Burn programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED. Associates degree preferred.
- Certification or vocational training may be required.
- 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Administrative experience in a hospital, is desired.
- This position will require a person with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize.
- This position requires the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action.
