About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support in managing the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, we invite you to apply for this position.
This role will operate from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m
About the Candidate
- High school education or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Prior experience in office administration is preferred but not required.
