To manage our growth, we are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our headquarters who also will serve as the coordinator for the company’s Business Development Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in planning meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email and correspondence memos
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Build on and maintain the company filing system
Assist in updating and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research optimum pricing from suppliers
Maintain vendor and business alliance contact lists
Book travel arrangements for the Business Development Director
Organize and schedule appointments
