POSITION SUMMARY:
A leading Orange County Nonprofit Organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with an elite and highly dedicated professional team in our Irvine office. Partners4Wellness has been providing the highest quality education, prevention, and mental wellness services in Orange County since 1957.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties. The role involves supporting management, and other team members, as well as handling day-to-day office operations, that includes front desk and receptionist tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Welcomes, assists and directs visitors and clients
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system as assigned
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability for learning new software and systems
- Proven administrative experience
- Court paperwork and court contact
