Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support the efficient operation of the Employee Benefits department.
Position Duties:
-Support client onboarding by creating client facing documents and completing onboarding tasks across our operating systems
- Maintain client "swag" inventory, including assembling welcome bags for new clients
- Assist with creation and maintenance of template documents and forms
- Calendar management for department leadership, including travel arrangements and registration for meetings and conferences
- Assist with coordination of meetings, events and associated tasks
- Assist with fixed and variable projects within the deparment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience utilizing and maintaining Customer Relationship Management system in an administrative capacity
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to adapt to changing priorities
