A day in the life of an Administrative Assistant/Insurance Advisor Trainee can look like:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Communicating daily with clients and insurance carriers (using phone and Outlook)
- Obtaining quotes from web-based programs
- Maintaining client records in a database
- Running monthly reports
- Proofreading a variety of different documents
- Scheduling meetings for Individual/Medicare agents
- Collecting data in excel spreadsheets
- Providing support to licensed agents
- Variety of office tasks; scanning, shredding, photocopying, etc.
- Preparing meeting materials and folders
- Distributing client and prospect communications as needed
- Training with licensed agents to advise clients regarding insurance options
- Troubleshooting client questions/issues
- Make outbound calls and emails to follow-up on client issues
