This is a work from home position with great flexibility in your own schedule. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team
JOB SUMMARY
-Respond daily to email inquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner using a company cell.
- Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining electronic files
-Respond to customer reviews
-Touch base with clients prior to their event to recap details
-Touch base with clients after their event to ensure satisfaction.
-Occasional paperwork filled out and submitted
-Assist in maintaining company event calendars
REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
