Specialty Electronic Health Records (software) company needs an Administrative Assistant to help us with overall office functions that support our clients and potential clients.
This is a part-time position working on-site in our office in Mechanicsburg, PA. Hours include Monday through Thursday 10:00 am to 3:30 pm (with a 30-minute lunch break) for a total of 20 hours per week.
Hourly rate ranges from $16-$18 depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities include:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Responds to emails and other correspondence/calls.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and computer skills required, including pleasant phone personality.
- Experience with typical office software and applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be a quick learner and can learn a new computer program easily.
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills; able to multitask.
- Must possess a mature, flexible attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to follow-up.
- Other qualities that we are looking for include someone who is sharp and has a positive, upbeat personality.
