Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Asset Management Department. This role is essential in maintaining smooth and efficient operations within the department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of projects within the department
- Maintain and update databases related to Asset Management. Ensure all data is accurate and up to date
- Manage the filing and organization of important documents. Ensure all documents are easily accessible and properly filed.
- As needed, complete data entry for financial reporting and analysis
- Coordinate appointments as necessary.
- From time to time, this role can cross over into reception so strong customer service skills, proper telephone etiquette and ability to take detailed messages is required.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Teams, in particular)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Mature, cheerful personality
- Desire to work with and serve senior adults
- Administrative experience with physical plant, construction, commercial real estate, or
- Administrative experience in banking or Asset Management, is preferred
- Associate's Degree is preferred but not required
