The Administrative Assistant serves as administrative support to all programs under the purview of the Developmental Services Division. This position is responsible to assure the efficient processing of all payables and receivables, handling all incoming calls and greets, and professionally responding to all visitors having business with the service delivery system. The Administrative Assistant monitors the safety and organization of the building to guarantee adequate office coverage, ordering of all office supplies, and organization of all areas in the building to assure efficiency. The employee also serves as Consumer Funds Specialist (Representative Payee) for individuals residing at Merryfield ICF/ID Residence, an Intermediate Care Facility.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate's Degree preferred
Experience: Experience working in a business environment with frequent customer interaction required
