POSITION: Administrative Assistant - Community Counseling
DEPARTMENT: Community Counseling (St. Louis, MO)
PAY RANGE: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides the primary administrative support, referral coordination, and referral assignment for the Eastern Missouri Community Counseling (CC) with support to other programs as needed. This role is vital to linking client care and program outcomes. The Administrative Assistant supports various levels of team members in the St. Louis Office such as Directors, Managers, Therapists, and Specialists through a variety of tasks related to assigning referrals, organizing, data entry, and communication. This role is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, and 1 to 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role/office setting. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
