Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided templates to accurately fill out and assemble a wide range of legal documents ensuring completeness, and adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure facts and details are correct, in order to meet deliverables.
- Manage time, coordinate, and gather information using caution, diligence and internal resources.
- If necessary, receive in-office clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Collect documents from clients and provide them with regular updates on the status of their cases.
- Perform in-person sign-ups, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
- Make requests to relevant agencies to retrieve official records pertinent to cases.
- Be responsible for consistent follow-ups with agencies until records are successfully retrieved.
- Handle consular processing cases, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for successful case progression.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with consulates and embassies, addressing any queries or concerns related to consular processing.
- Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of information and documents between clients and consular offices, ensuring timely and accurate communication.ring timely and accurate acquisition of necessary documents.
- Work independently and promptly to provide all necessary documents and materials to support the case progression in a timely manner.
- Review, proofread, and modify the contents provided, such as declarations or Psych Evals, to ensure proper assembly of the client's case and maintain quality standards.

- Maintain a well-organized schedule and track the details of each task to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
- Foster cross-team collaboration, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels to help build case strength and produce deliverables.
- Handle any additional tasks assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Communicate via email or over the phone with US embassies abroad.
- Any other additional tasks to support the case submission process.
Requirements and skills:
- High School or equivalent with experience.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Time Management Skills
- Organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels
- Research skills and ability to gather information using business procedures and system
- Excellent time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with sensitive subject matters
- Ensure confidentiality of all the firm and client's documentation and information
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all documentation and tasks.
