The role you'll contribute:
Performs a wide range of complex secretarial duties and coordinates a multitude of office procedures in support of HMA Administration.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Maintains responsibility for travel arrangements for Administration, as well as airline, hotel and car rental.
Assists in contract preparation and review for accuracy.
Assists in preparation and formatting of presentations.
Accurately records and transcribes minutes of meetings of various committees. Maintains and/or distributes minutes within established time frames.
Coordinates and schedules meetings for administration and other areas as assigned, arranging for meeting space, visual aids, agenda material, refreshments, etc. and meeting space.
Composes and types agendas and supporting documents and records.
Answers, fields, and takes messages for phone calls in a professional manner.
arrangements for employees and physicians traveling on HMA business, and potential employees and physicians visiting the HMA..
Opens and reviews incoming mail, routing appropriately on a timely basis.
Screens telephone calls and visitor in a courteous manner, prioritizing in accordance with instructions.
Assists HMA Administration in coordination and follow up to maintenance, IT, printer issues.
Assists OPS managers and Directors in coordination and follow up on clinic maintenance issues.
Orders office supplies for HMA Administration.
Assists OPS managers and Directors of new office set ups.
Retrieve signatures for contracts as needed.
Assist with medical records as approved by AVP
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
2 Years of Relevant Experience
High School Diploma Preferred
