Bilingual Staffing Specialist

Beacon Hill is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Staffing Specialist whom is fluent in Spanish and English. Our client has experienced rapid growth and this position allows for growth and development. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people from all different backgrounds, and providing support for staff, this role would be a great fit!

Details:

Fully onsite in Elk River

Flexible schedule during business hours

- 40 hours per week

-Must work past 4pm for the shift change

- Will work on the occasional Saturday with the option to then have a weekday off

Description:

-Assist employees and contractors with questions about scheduling, timesheets, the time keeping app, and other related inquiries

-Help streamline processes for employees and new hires

-Act as the point of contact for vendors and staffing agencies

-Work with managers on needs related to staffing strategies, reducing turnover, and other company culture initiatives

-Manage the onboarding process for new talent and contractors

-Assist company leaders with other Human Resources responsibilities

-Complete new hire paperwork and process terminations

Qualifications:

Must have manufacturing experience

Must be tech savvy

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
