Responsibilities:
- Efficiently answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers, offering prompt and accurate information.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they visit the location (high foot traffic environment).
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the shop side, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to car parts inventory and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of car parts, their functions, and compatibility is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, appointments, and records effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems for data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Additional Details:
- Non-smoker preferred by the client.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
