Experience:
- Some experience in administrative, assistant, and/or receptionist type of working environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of general office equipment and computers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- High degree of attention to details and confidentiality
- Ten key
- Data entry experience
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel, in particular)
- Basic/General knowledge of accounting principles preferred
