SalaryThis position will be a support position for all sales staff in Reedley and support for the research and development portion of the Reedley facility.
Responsibilities will include answering phone calls and helping customers. This position will also require organizing and maintaining company paperwork. There will be responsibilities that include data tracking for research and data entry. Preparing marketing mailers and other marketing projects. This position will be responsible for learning and understanding the new computer program. Light office hardware maintenance will be required sometimes.
Skills and experience required
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel high priority
Ability to learn new and complicated computer programs is a high-priority
Effective communication skills will be critical
Attention to detail and high organization skills will be important
A positive attitude and the ability to resolve conflict and patience are great skills for this position
Previous experience in customer service will be beneficial
Previous office position experience will be beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
