- Comfortable following and contributing to set tasks and goals
- Answer and make phone calls for the majority of the day
- Assist with customer inquiries, estimate building, and scheduling
- Scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets
- Act as an assistant to the managers, handling various tasks as assigned
- 25-35 hours a week
Requirements:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently,
- Able to take constructive criticism
