Job Title:Administrative Assistant


Location: Arizona (Hybrid/Remote)

We are a leading recruiting company in Arizona, specializing in the healthcare sector. Our team is dedicated to connecting top talent with premier healthcare institutions. We're looking to add a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to our dynamic team. This role will be hybrid/remote, but candidates must be located in Arizona.


The ideal candidate will have healthcare field experience which could range from being a MA, to Practice Manager or Admin Assistant role. If you have strong attention to detail, thrive with organization and have the ability to learn and think quickly, this position may be a good fit for you.

Daily Responsibilities:


  • Use Google Workspace and other programs as assigned to create, organize and operate with efficiency
  • Data entry with attention to detail and familiarity with healthcare licenses, designations, experience, etc.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from developing and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating/completing interview
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to take notes and organize details of daily team calls with executive team to organize goals and tasks in priority and send recaps to teams
  • Community marketing/outreach as needed - visiting clinics and schools, site visits, etc. are required as needed


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. (preferred, not required)
  • Proven experience in healthcare roles such as Medical Assistant or Clinic Manager, or in recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must reside in the state of Arizona.
