The End User Support Specialist provides end-user technical support across a wide range of hardware and software technologies. Implements and supports end-user technology across the company.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides on-site and remote end-User Support for various types of hardware and software including computers, printers, servers, and peripheral devices
- Installs or relocates workstations, computers, printers, software, and other equipment
- Supports cyber security through asset tracking, systems monitoring, completing antivirus or other software scans, completing system updates, and managing user permissions
- Troubleshoots and resolves network issues including local area network connections, network access, and Wi-Fi configurations
- Manages the company’s Google Admin Console including user email accounts and user/team Google Drives
- Monitors and updates orders within the help desk ticketing system
- Supports backup services for servers and computers
- Researches and deploys new technologies to improve user, team, and/or business performance
- Works with vendors to resolve hardware and software problems
- Provides training to End Users on various types of hardware and software
- Develops and publishes end-user training documents
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of end-User Support or related experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Must hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
- Experience with Google Admin Console including managing users, data migration, and Google Apps such as Drive, Gmail, and Calendar
- Experience imaging/re-imaging computers
- Experience troubleshooting and removing malware
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Pay Range: $47,000-57,000; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
- Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year.
- Health, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance plans are available.
- Retirement plans are available after 6 months of employment.
