Admin Assistant will assist in order management and customer service for our B2C and B2B customers, and conduct general daily office matters, ranging from emails, phone calls, faxes, filing, order loading, invoicing, shipping quotes as well as general management of customer information. Candidate must be proficient in MSFT outlook, word, excel, have a thorough command of language and numbers as well as good understanding of general accounting procedures (sales orders to shipping to invoicing to payment). Candidate also must be proficient in general web browsing as well as be curious to learn in the small office environment.
