- Answer and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Sort, file, scan, and fax documents, including mail.
- Organize and maintain filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare contracts and other documents as needed.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments as requested.
- Participate and assist with event planning, distribution of gifts, incentives, and related activities.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- One year of administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
