Administrative Assistant Design & Production Team

WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us with a variety of tasks for our design and Production Team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the Design/Production team with creating and updating excel spreadsheets
• Organizing factory communication and follow up
• Keeping a production calendar for the team and staying on top of deadlines and due dates.
• Measuring, organizing, and coordinating samples
• Assist in research projects as needed
• Purchase and organize merchandise for Product Development
• Support departments with administrative tasks

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:

• You are a team player but can also self-manage
• Very detail oriented and organized
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet strict deadlines
• Can take feedback well and are flexible to make change
• Interest in the fashion industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Very strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective and clear communication both written and verbal
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
