The Global Supply Chain and Repair organization leads Zebra's purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and servicing of both products and solutions to customers around the world. Enabled by an innovative, inclusive and performance-driven culture, this team puts the customer first. Whether navigating complex logistics environments to deliver Zebra products on time, providing resiliency to manufacturing networks or delivering leading services to our customers, the Global Supply Chain and Repair team delivers a performance edge to Zebra's business.
We are looking for general GSCR (Global Supply Chain and Repair) resources as you will be participating in a pool with opportunities to work on cross functional projects across the organization.
Will work in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY on a hybrid basis (three days a week).
Responsibilities:
  • Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
  • Increase technology knowledge and skills
  • Develop team-based work proficiencies
  • Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
  • Our GSCR (Global Supply Chain and Repair) pooling interns have the exciting opportunity to work cross functionally across a variety of projects that align to your interests, aspirations, and skills. These projects my be in functions including but not limited to:
    • Manufacturing
    • Distribution/Logistics
    • JDM Procurement
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Planning
    • Inventory Management
    • Category Management
    • Market-Based Target Costing
    • Supplier Assurance
    • Quality
    • Lean Six Sigma
    • Project / Program Management
    • Risk Resiliency
    • Sustainability
    • Design Assurance/Quality Engineering
    • Manufacturing Engineering

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree in Supply Chain Operations Management, Distribution & Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, General Engineering, Program Management, or Data & Analytics
  • Must have a status of a Junior or above while in an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between May 2024 - May 2025. Can be a current MBA or MS/MA student.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship

Salary: USD 19.00 - USD 42.50 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
