We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team – from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse, creative, and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh, innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.
- Greets visitors, customers, vendors, employment applicants, etc. Notifies receiving party of their arrival.
- Receives incoming calls, screens callers and directs calls to proper parties. Utilizes paging system as necessary and takes messages.
- Involved in planning company events, employee birthdays and recognitions.
- Provides clerical support to Accounting team and purchasing. This could include matching, sorting, mailing of documents, assigning and logging purchase order numbers.
- Provides miscellaneous office support such as receiving and distributing faxes, retrieving data, typing, photocopying, etc.
- Monitor and orders office supplies to replenish stock.
- See to the needs of visiting customers in the areas of conference room supplies and ordering of meals.
- Requires the ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions and write messages. Includes basic math and filing knowledge and an overview of general business terminology. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.
- Requires 1 year of clerical experience such as answering phone, filing, copying, faxing, typing, etc.
- Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel
- Basic computer knowledge.
