An administrator is responsible for overseeing manage and organizing office operations: Administrators oversee day-to-day operations, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Approve all time cards daily.
- Input all PTO, vacation, sick time, etc for location into ADP.
- Assisting with clock-ins/clock-outs when employees are not able to.
- Answer incoming calls, and transfer them to the necessary department.
- Handling all write-ups, terminations, and documentation of any incidents at the location.
- Completing and sending in all personnel change forms.
- Completing new hire checklist and sending it to HR manager for onboarding.
- Reporting and documenting any incident to the HR manager. (All incidents must be reported)
- Routing all questions about benefits, PTO, sick time, etc to the HR manager.
