We are an industrial brokerage firm that sells specialty containers to the manufacturing sector throughout the USA.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for working with existing and new accounts, coordinating with the team in sales and customer service, serving as the first point of contact.
In this position you will ensure that the day to day operational processes and requirements are completed timely and accurately. These operations include but are not limited to working with the logistic brokers and assisting with all purchase and sales orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
