Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Rancho Mirage Immigration Law Office. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively.
- Greet clients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments.
- Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist Administrators and office manager in all other duties that she may need of assistance.
Requirements:
- MUST BE Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- MUST BE always presentable and wear office attire daily.
- MUST BE able to work Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
