Duties include providing secretarial and clerical support, including entering information into the computer, answering the telephone, greeting customers, and entering deposits; assisting with many tasks involved in the bidding process such as creating bid distribution lists, sending bid announcements, preparing documents used for pre-bid attendance and bid receipt records; proofing tabulation sheets; preparing correspondence, reports and a variety of other documents; posting information on the City's website; assisting with Open Records Requests; and administrative support for auto pound and other City auctions. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of Administrative Assistant or secretarial experience required. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office products and a high level of computer proficiency. A résumé must be submitted with application.

documented attendance or disciplinary issues will receive an additional one-time payment of $1000. - The maximum amount of hiring incentive that an individual employee may receive is $3,000.
