```Duties```
- Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with document preparation, filing, and organization, quarterly taxes.
- Providing postings in QuickBooks, including direct deposit payroll
```Experience```
- Proficient QuickBooks, Servant Keeper computer skills, including knowledge of computerized office systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, staff members, and external contacts
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
