Join our dedicated team at a residential treatment facility for women and babies in Redwood City, part of a well-known non-profit in San Mateo County. This hands on role involves working closely with the Program Manger in helping manage the daily operations of our Hope House program for women recovering from substance use. The main responsibility is the collection of data for reporting purposes in Avatar (San Mateo County reporting platform). Other tasks include organizing classes, maintaining files, and if needed, assisting with distribution of medication and client transportation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Adaptable and open minded
- Comfortable multitasking in a diverse setting
- Quick learner, effective communicator
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills
- Must be healthy (health screening and current TB test required), have a valid CA drivers's license, car insurance and a clean driving record

- CPR and FIrst Aid certifdication
