Administrative Assistant
Rockwall Inc. is currently hiring for a fulltime experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. Rockwall Inc. provides residential and commercial services in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. Established in 1996, this company has partnered with many regional established builders and commercial developers in advancing building science and trending design.
We are looking to fill this position with a self motivated individual possessing exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and must be proficient in Quickbooks Enterprise. This candidate must be excellent in written and verbal communication skills, in attention to detail, in follow-through skills, in multi-task and priority flexibility, and ability to document and send proposals/invoices and vendor payments out in timely manner.
You would contribute to the positive and productive workflow environment by developing and supporting relationships with employees, subcontractors, vendors and customers, supporting all aspects of the day to day functioning in an aesthetically pleasing office, where all members have daily interaction with the owner of the company.
In this position you will be responsible for transcribing proposals and invoices using Quickbook Enterprise software, typing correspondences, monitoring emails/replying to emails, greeting persons either on person or via phone and assisting with their inquiries, maintaining and organizing documents and files on network and appropriate software , maintaining various company records/documents such as employee, subcontractor, vehicle maintenance, and insurance records, maintaining office supplies inventory, and bill/check writing tasks using Quickbook Enterprise software, whether on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required.
Skills Required:
- Quickbook Enterprise software -must posses proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office WORD EXCEL etc
- Proficient in general computer skills
- Computer/technical proficiency on networked system to document/print/scan/email/organize/retrieve documents, etc.
Experience :
- Assistant Administrative Experience 3-5 year required
