Job Description
Seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Admin/Warehouse team. Our ideal candidate is self-managed, has high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrates superb organization/time management tactics. Someone who is driven to develop and grow in their role would be ideal for this job.
Qualifications:
- ERP experience (Fishbowl highly preferred)
- Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable QuickBooks Online experience (highly preferred)
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess customer service and collaboration skills
Job Requirements Include:
- Administrative assistance at our warehouse for two separate companies- both companies operate out of one location (TPK & IAME USA WEST)
- Administrative support for Owner, Office Manager, & Warehouse Manager
- Accounts receivable/Accounts payable (invoicing, applying payments, billing, paying vendors/suppliers, contractors)
- Purchase order placement/entry & inventory management support (knowledge in Fishbowl Inventory Management Software preferred)
- Answering phones & customer emails
- Proficiency with computers and technology (testing will be done on overall knowledge)
- Print and pack proper forms, and paperwork, and prep travel bins before race events
- Schedule deliveries and arrange pickups of supplies (trophies, merchandise, etc.) for events
- Help our warehouse manager supervise logistic operations- plan, organize, facilitate, and monitor the process of receiving, shipping, and distributing engines, tires, and other go-kart parts
- Manage day-to-day operations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Document, record, and inventory all incoming shipments from suppliers
- Track, maintain inventory, and assemble purchase orders
- Assist other employees with various tasks as required/run errands for the shop when necessary
- Make weekly bank runs to deposit customer payments
- Deliver excellent customer service by building and maintaining relationships
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully prioritize and organize multiple competing tasks
