Job Description
Team Lead Reports Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven solutions that support cyber risk reporting, analysis, and insights. This role involves collaborating with cybersecurity and data teams to design, code, and implement software applications that enable effective cyber risk management and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk management teams to gather requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for cyber risk reporting and analytics.
- Create data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support reporting needs.
- Implement data visualization tools and dashboards for cyber risk insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced analytics into reporting solutions.
- Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting data.
- Participate in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for cyber risk.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Document code, processes, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of BI Reports development, 5 years as a Team Lead
- Strong RDBMS/SQL skills, Preferably knowledge of Crystal Report, Excel, Python, R and other common analytic/ data tools.
- Proven experience in software development and application design, with a minimum of 3 years in cybersecurity or risk management domains.
- Demonstrated expertise in database design, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
- Proficient in implementing data visualization tools and creating dashboards using platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in data analysis, profiling, and the creation of data models for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with integrating advanced analytics into reporting solutions.
- Strong skills in testing and debugging applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Previous experience in documenting code, processes, and solutions for future reference.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
