Job Description:
Answering phones
Greeting visitors
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Sorting, Organizing and Distribution of mail.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Preparation of communications to include memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Write and edit communications, such as letters, reports, and SOP’s.
Creating and maintaining filing systems both electronically and physically.
Manage accounts and perform light bookkeeping.
