AZ Quality is a family owned, woman-led 3rd party company looking for motivated and dependable employees to work as Administrative Assistants. in Phoenix, AZ.

Must have at least 1 years’ experience.

Job Description:

Answering phones

Greeting visitors

Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

Sorting, Organizing and Distribution of mail.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings.

Preparation of communications to include memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.

Write and edit communications, such as letters, reports, and SOP’s.

Creating and maintaining filing systems both electronically and physically.

Manage accounts and perform light bookkeeping.

Customer Service skills- (Bi-lingual is a plus but not required)
