JOB TITLE: AM&ECCMD Coordinator

JOB LOCATION: USCENTCOM, Tampa FL

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

SkyBridge Tactical is looking for a highly qualified six Combatant Command (CCMD) Coordinators, with one embedded at each of the following commands: United States European Command (USEUCOM), United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM), United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), and United States Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM); and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM).

Responsibilities:

The CCMD Coordinators will support the programmatic goals of this Task Order to provide the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with a broad range of support, including but not limited to desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 5 or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the U.S. government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations;
• 5 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods;
• 10 or more years of executive-level management experience, leading multidisciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel;
• Top Secret clearance

• Per Executive Order 14042 we require the employee to comply with the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force. As such employee must be fully vaccinated on the first day of employment with the company. Fully vaccinated is considered 14 days after the second shot for both Moderna and Pfizer, or after the single shot Janssen/J&J vaccine.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience and knowledge of public policy and operations;
• CCMD Coordinators must already be covered under Article 72 of the Supplementary Agreement to the NATO status of forces agreement upon contract award. (Pertains to work at the headquarters for USEUCOM and USAFRICOM)
• a Master’s degree (or higher) and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation;
• 10 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods;
• 5 years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations;
