Job Description: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and proficiency in Google Docs and Excel. Flexibility and availability to cover occasional absences are required. Proficiency in posting on social media sites is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
-Open House scheduling: Coordinate and schedule open house events, and manage the sharing of feedback received from potential buyers.
-Getting open houses at every house: Ensure open houses are scheduled for every available property.
-Posting Campaigns/Reverse Prospecting/Virtual Tours: Assist in the creation and posting of real estate campaigns and virtual tours, including reverse prospecting activities.
-Coordinating move out/Q&A with sellers: Coordinate move-out processes and conduct Q&A sessions with sellers, ensuring all necessary documentation and checklists are provided.
-Picking up checks/lockboxes: Collect checks and lockboxes when needed, either from the office or title companies.
-Flyers/Sign-In Sheets: Prepare and distribute flyers and sign-in sheets at new listings.
-Bibles send out/add address and organize: Coordinate the sending out of Bibles, adding addresses, and organizing related tasks.
-Neighborhood letters, stamps, envelopes.
-Event coordination/planner: Assist in event coordination and planning, including logistics, scheduling, and organization.
Requirements:
