Job Title:Administrative Assistant

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Position Description: Indy Eleven is seeking a motivated, organized individual to take on the role of Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will work to ensure the office is in proper working order to enable the staff to work seamlessly. This position must be responsive and have the ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment. Success in this position requires advanced communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the capability to contribute to a better office environment.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
- Plan and execute office cleaning days.
- Communicate any maintenance or potential disruptions on the 6th floor.
- Order office supplies and maintain an up-to-date stock of all items.
- Providing scheduling support for all Indy Eleven conference rooms and other areas that can be booked.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Multilingual preferred, but not required.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and project management abilities.
- The capability to multi-task with great attention to detail in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
The Administrative Assistant position is an hourly role where compensation will be commensurate with experience.
