We are currently seeking a Part-Time/Contractor as an Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our small business team and contribute to our growth.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company and assisting our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, maintain a high level of professionalism and have a strong ability to multitask. This position will provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the consulting team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and manage company travel, events, workshops, and client meetings.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist bookkeeper with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
- Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Develop SOPs and company processes/procedures as required.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or personal assistant roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe) and other basic office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
