We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant familiar with the procedures and regulations of Tennessee's Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (DIDD).
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Maintains and reviews extensive digital and physical files
- Emails and files faxes
- Scans end-of-month paperwork
- Updates annual forms and submits documentation
- Provides materials and records minutes for weekly meetings
- Purchases supplies for the office, homes, and special events
- Additional duties required to support the administrative team
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
- High school diploma and minimum 2 years DIDD work experience
- Relevant education will be accepted in the absence of work experience
- Valid license and car insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Availability on evenings and weekends required
