```Responsibilities:```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Perform data entry, maintain and update records, and generate reports
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and reconciling expenses
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and file management
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $17.74 - $21.36 per hour
