Form of workThe Administrative Assistant will be a contracted, project-based hire requiring up to 20 hours of Administrative Assistant support per week at a standard rate of $20 per hour for the duration of the grant (2024-2026). The position is project-based only and therefore seasonal in nature. Richmont Graduate University cannot guarantee the extension of this contract once the project has been completed. This position is in-person only in Chattanooga, TN. This position reports directly to the Project Leader (PL). Projected start date for this position is April 8, 2024.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Project Leader (PL) with implementation of grant timeline and project details.
- Create reports, collate survey data of respondee experience, and coordinate general project communication.
- Assist PL with the coordination of training experience logistics to deliver the project intervention.
- Manage the distribution of stipend funds to the respondees for participation in the intervention training, delivery, and data reporting back to PL.
- Communicate deadlines for the submission of article manuscript to PL and Co-PL.
- Assist PL with cross-training requirements as needed.
- Coordinate travel & accommodation for PL & Co-PL, including the management expense documentation.
