Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our homecare team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth coordination of the agency’s homecare services and supporting administrative functions.
You will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, ensure up-to-date agency communication logs system, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
Assist in coordinating training sessions and events and collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with the scheduling of client services, and coordinate communication between homecare aides and case managers.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within the healthcare or homecare industry.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in computer software, MS Suite and or MS-365, and social media.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
