Summary:
You play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient maintenance performance of our properties. Operating within established financial guidelines, you will uphold property standards and respond to resident requests promptly and courteously. Your responsibilities include handling resident interactions, resolving maintenance issues, and coordinating various administrative functions in collaboration with the Maintenance Super and Senior Community Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with residents regarding maintenance, set up meetings, document conversations, and follow up until resolution.
- Create and sign off work orders in Voyager.
- Manage turnover tracking calendar and move-in condition follow-up.
- Coordinate sub-contractor and vendor schedules for turnover and project work.
- Attend daily maintenance meetings, assist in preparing staffing and vendor schedules.
- Administer work order, turnover, major replacements, common area cleaning, and landscaping administrative functions.
- Monitor work orders, purchase procedures, and inventory.
- Preserve resident and applicant confidentiality.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Familiarity with apartment management, maintenance, budgeting, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, energetic, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear communicator who can relay information clearly to residents and staff.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
