Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
