Job Opening Summary
Assists the director and his/her support staff with any aspects that will enhance their efficiency. Responsible for general secretarial duties, as well as specialized projects. Coordinates the flow of information in and out of the office. Responsible for Urgent Care, Outpatient Infusion, Occupational Medicine, Employee Health and Wound Care.

- Extensive computer, skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.
- Two to three years of secretarial experience required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and provide independent thinking.
- Good organizational skills, verbal/written communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Health care experience preferred.
- Travel between campuses may be required.
- Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Products.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and interpret data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with specific emphasis on clearly communicating process flows/complex administrative tasks to stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage sensitive/confidential communications/materials.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking.
Shift hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
