Administrative Assistant
Local Property Management Company in Rio Rancho is hiring for an administrative professional position. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with some driving required. Most duties are performed in the office but some onsite client work will be necessary. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and has a strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. We promote from within so we are looking for someone that wants to progress and take on more responsibility.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to managers.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and coordinate vendors/work orders.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks as assigned by manager.
- Process letters and answer calls from clients regarding the letters sent.
- Inspect properties and provide written and verbal reports to various parties.
- Maintain client portals.
- Maintain files.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
