Job Description:
We are looking for a capable person to join our administrative team in the office to assist with referrals, obtaining and uploading medical records, phone communications, data entry, quality assurance, and electronic records management. The administrative team supports our Family Service Coordinators, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Developmental Specialists, Dietitians, Nurses, Counselors, and Mentors. Each member of the administrative team has a specific role, however cross training is required for ongoing smooth functioning of our programs. Our developmental providers work with children in the field at client homes, community locations, and through telehealth. Most communications with the office are through e-mail or telephone. Experience and/or training with office administration and familiarity with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
