This job requires dual reporting to both the Executive Director and the H.R. Director. Duties include but are not limited to administrative assistance, H.R. assistance, payroll assistance, recruiting, staffing, managing an active calendar of appointments, completing reports, composing, and preparing correspondence, manages, audits, and monitors Human Resource files to ensure compliance with required components.
Employees are cross trained in other department areas to help maintain the continuity of security within the facility, helping to fill in temporarily, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation
· Must be U.S. Citizen or have a Resident Card and Social Security Card
· Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
· High School Diploma or GED is preferable
· No felonies
· Must have a valid New Mexico driver's license and a clean driving record
