Location: Various locations in Bernalillo County
An Off-Campus Work-Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award
Specific Duties: (Include but not exclusive)
Enter Names, Addresses, phone numbers & emails into Google Groups software. Enter
information in electronic documents and reports.
Email newsletters and other communications.
Maintain a paper filing system.
Contacting NMRP Team Leaders to obtain information
When administrative duties are light, contact clients to fill out a simple questionnaire on
wheelchair ramp requirements.
Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Preferred QualificationsKNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Understanding and ability to use computer software and email systems.
SKILLS: Good working with people. Must be able to climb stairs.
TIME COMMITMENT: 10 hours per week, flexible schedule between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: 18 years and older
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Adhere to all Board policies. Signing of a Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest form is required
